M Venkatewara Rao is a gold medalist in Economics from Nagarjuna University and a specialist in Developmental and Social Economics. He worked as a Journalist with some of the largest Media houses in India including the Indian Express. Among many challenging projects he executed, he served as an advisor to a Senior Parliament Member in Delhi and helped a few young leaders achieve their political goals.

Rao took the responsibility of creating the Pelican Valley® from scratch right from identifying a perfectly suitable location for the project. Rao is Project & Site Operations Strategist.
